Jobst v Mitchell – ersatz_cats while Apollo was alive

Screenshots from Reddit show ersatz_cats sharing "The Downfall of Apollo Legend" video by EZcape and commenting on a thread "Apollo Legend has removed videos regarding Billy Mitchel per an agreement with Billy Mitchell" with harsh comments. Both are 6 years old. Comment 1: "I will not give him a single penny. I will not delete a single video." - Apollo Legend, from deleted video. Comment 2: Stop saying it's a money thing. He ran a kickstarter to sue Billy and it was funded like instantaneously. Plus, Florida (the jurisdiction the suit was filed in) has a health anti-SLAPP motion, which would result in Billy paying his legal fees. He decided it wasn't worht the trouble. And if he was going to decide that, he never should gotten involved in the first place.

I can’t help but notice a big difference in opinions in 6 years.
